End-User License Agreement
The license terms governing your use of the DeckFin application and related services.
1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and DeckFin governing your access to and use of the DeckFin application, website, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to this EULA and the Terms and Conditions.
2. License grant
Subject to this EULA and your applicable subscription plan, DeckFin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the Service or any DeckFin intellectual property to you.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service; reverse engineer or attempt to discover its source code; remove proprietary notices; access the Service to build a competing product; use automated access other than through supported features; or use the Service in violation of applicable law or a third party's rights.
4. Your content and account
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant DeckFin the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for the data you submit, including customer, invoice, accounting, and payment information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify DeckFin promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
5. Integrations and third-party services
The Service may connect to accounting providers, payment gateways, email providers, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DeckFin does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, data accuracy, fees, policies, or changes to those services.
6. Updates and support
DeckFin may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time. We may provide maintenance, security, or compatibility updates that are necessary for continued operation. Support is provided according to the plan and support channels made available for your account.
7. Termination
This license ends when your account or subscription is terminated, or when you breach this EULA or the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. DeckFin does not provide legal, tax, accounting, credit, or collections advice. You remain responsible for reviewing imported data, configuring workflows, and deciding how and when to contact your customers.
9. Contact
If you have questions about this EULA, contact the support address shown on the DeckFin website.
