Privacy Policy
How PayChase handles information provided through our website and service.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how PayChase collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, connect an accounting provider, or use our invoice collection and reminder features.
We may collect information such as your name, business name, email address, account credentials, workspace details, customer records, invoice information, integration settings, and support messages. We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
PayChase uses this information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, synchronize information from connected accounting providers, send requested reminders, provide customer support, process subscriptions, prevent misuse, and communicate important service updates.
When you connect an accounting provider, PayChase accesses information that you authorize through that provider's connection flow. We use provider data only to deliver the selected integration features. OAuth credentials and access tokens are stored using application security controls and are not displayed in the user interface.
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate with, or process payments for the service. We do not sell personal information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information, or to ask questions about this policy. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. This policy may be updated from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on this page.
