Using PayChase

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the PayChase website, application, workspaces, integrations, billing features, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and ensuring that people using your workspace are authorized to do so. You are also responsible for the accuracy of invoice and customer information entered manually or imported from a connected provider.

PayChase provides workflow, synchronization, reminder, and reporting tools. The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, credit, or collections advice. You must review imported information, configure reminder rules responsibly, and obtain any permissions required before contacting your customers.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, access another user's workspace without authorization, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, or use PayChase to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.

Accounting providers, payment gateways, email providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. A connection to a third-party service does not transfer responsibility for that provider's data, outages, charges, policies, or actions to PayChase.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address unpaid accounts. Subject to applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis, and PayChase is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate data, third-party outages, or actions taken from your account.
